Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping Times
Orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase. Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind natural stones, we take extra care in packing each item securely, which is reflected in our processing and delivery times.
Why does my item look slightly different from the photo?
Natural crystals are one-of-a-kind. Photos are taken to accurately represent the general look, color, and style of the product, but since each stone is unique, slight differences in shade, pattern, or inclusions should be expected.
What do Crystal Eggs represent?
The egg is one of the oldest symbols of renewal and becoming. In crystal form, it represents clarity with depth, refinement with origin.
